Jessica teaches in the Hatha tradition with a unique touch of Vinyasa and the wisdom of Ayurveda. She specializes in teaching a gentle, therapeutic flow with plenty of time to get in, be in and get out of poses. Using her knowledge of movement and compensation patterns she guides her students to be aware of their own bodies and cues them to find their pain/clunk/cringe free range of motion. Each class begins with quiet breathing to help nourish relaxation and encourage a connection between body and mind. Movements are added to encourage joint mobility through all the major joints. The pace and poses are chosen wisely to meet the needs of everyone in the class.
