What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy looks at the whole body not just the symptoms. Following the idea that pain is not always where the problem is. Allowing for the body, mind and spirit to heal since they are all part of feeling whole and well. It uses a wide range of movement, breath and stillness united with the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda philosophy.  Leaving room to use other hands on techniques like Movement Re-Patterning, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Rhythmic Movement and primitive reflex integration.
